What is wellness coaching?

As your coach, I’m here to listen, guide, and cheer you on. I’ll provide the tools, encouragement, and the occasional nudge to keep you on track, because change is easier (and a lot more fun) when you’re not doing it alone! Wellness coaching gives you a clear, supportive space to understand what’s happening, and to learn what actually works (without the overwhelm of a million contradicting articles), so together we can create a plan that truly supports you.

We’ll break things down into simple, practical steps; making sense of life transitions, tackling mindset wobbles, and building sustainable habits that help you feel like yourself again.
